You can't log in as a different user, gmail is personal to one person so therefore can have only one Id per email, you can however set up another email but you can't interchange them.

Sounds like you need a proxy. There's different one's, like phproxy.org , or sureproxy.com . The negative, they have a ton of ads, and sometimes show material you won't showing up at work (not the case with all of them, test them out at home).
