I believe that, since a political party is a private organizartion, people have no constitutional "right" to vote in their primaries, and voting in this case is merely a matter of contract.

Unlike their involvement in 2000 which was in favor of Bush, the Supreme Court will not touch this issue. At least they will not get to it before the Denver Convention.
