There's no requirement for a route to have an airway between VORs. If there is no airway listed, it just means a direct route between the VORs. Perfectly normal.

The flight plan is what is filed...the green track is the actual flight path (what the airplane flew). You can file Lat/Longs anytime you want, it does not need to be on the NAT s.

flightaware is the best bent. It's completely FAA sanctioned and as much as it's not that good in terms of speed, it's accurate.
