There's no requirement for a route to have an airway between VORs. If there is no airway listed, it just means a direct route between the VORs. Perfectly normal.

The flight plan is what is filed...the green track is the actual flight path (what the airplane flew). You can file Lat/Longs anytime you want, it does not need to be on the NAT s.

Radar records are kept for legal and investigative purposes. I do not know exactly how long they are kept, but it would make complete sense to keep them for many years because aircraft accident/incident investigations are...
