  4. There's no requirement for a route to have an airway between VORs. If there is no airway listed, it just means a direct route between the VORs. Perfectly normal.

  5. The flight plan is what is filed...the green track is the actual flight path (what the airplane flew). You can file Lat/Longs anytime you want, it does not need to be on the NAT s.
