  5. If they're not calling from a cell phone , you could try just googling the phone number . It can give you name and address of the the person. Otherwise wait till you have free minutes and call the person back.

  10. try whitepages.com, they have a reverse directory where you can just type in the phone number knowing nothing else about it. if its an unlisted number it'll give you the name of the phone company that owns that number .
