Netflix is a perfect place and it's not that expensive. There are videos scattered here and there on the web, youtube, educational web sites, but having them all in one place is worth the price.

Granada Television (the producers of film director Michael Apted's "7 Up" and its follow-ups/sequels) hasn't put this up for online streaming anywhere.

With a smart TV, you don't download, you stream from the legitimate streaming services. I know of no major legitimate download service that does not use DRM, or allow what it seems you want.
