You must file EVERY week or you will not get paid. Keep on filing your weekly claims and you should get weekly payments.

If they rule against you, and manage to get that ruling entered into the computer prior to your payment being made, no you will not get paid. Suggest you focus your creative energy on winning the appeal, rather than on "what if."
