Yes, as long as it's passed the FDA import standards. Same as a drug made in China, or Mexico. That's why we have the FDA standards and testing.

The opioid crisis began in the 1990's and has become increasingly worse due to lobbying by big pharma, over prescribing by physicians and consumer demand. Then there are illicit drugs adding to the crisis.
