I doubt it. But Facebook might know--I doubt they will tell you if you are not the owner to the account .

if you create more than one account , that's against the rules, so facebook will make you verify each one with a unique phone number if you can do that, then it's possible

you can't create a new account with the same email. However, you can always reactivate your account .
