everclear is almost pure grain alcohol it is mostly used in the food industry... for testing just order it from a chemical lab . moon shine is not everclear it is the same alcohol ,but with a lot of nasty unwanted chemicals

certainly. You would need ethyl alcohol everclear, red wine, white wine all work and you'll need the right microbes...
