:) Rubbing alcohol works. Next time when dying your hair, try wearing gloves, and putting vaseline on your hairline to stop it from getting everywhere..

I've found that surgical spirit (bought from chemist like boots or such) if left on for about five minutes can drastically lighten if not remove it. Hope that helps
