I disagree to a large extent. Corruption is definitely a problem. BUT, the main problem is that these countries lack the natural resources and power in the global arena to get themselves out of the rut they are in.

Too many immigrants from basically super corrupt and poor countries so they put their inborn instinct of corruption among honest and hard working caucasians....no confusion just stop immigration

Too much money and influence and power.. and no one checking up on them.. They are mostly dignified criminals running our banks... no honest people at all!
