Since the package is in your country, then the hold up is the problem of your local post office or courier company, not Canada post . Contact your local post office or courier company to find out when you will receive it.

Once you mail the package it's not your problem anymore. The buyer didn't get insurance and that's his/her problem. Keep the tracking number and you will be ok.
