i think, by all means, it should be legal. my friends dad was part of the whole jack kevorkian thingy, and i dont think asssisted suicide is wrong. if someone is truly suffering, they should have that option, definately.

Well it could be considered assisting in suicide . California for example specifically uses the word "advises" as part of assistance...
