Maintenance for a boat is much higher. Add to that mooring fees, (which can be about half what you'd pay for rent on a normal house) and the costs can be higher for much smaller accommodation.

you need to know voltage. Assuming a 12V service, 30A gives 12X30=360 watts. Twin gives you 720watts. That is not much, a typical microwave is about 1000W consider loss if you convert to 120V with an inverter...
