Actually, the cities going bankrupt will be able to restructure their bad debts and abolish or greatly reduce many entitlements. You can look forward to a rush of California cities following suit.

don't know about city bank, but CITI BANK holds a lot of bad debt. I would love to see them sink into the sludge where they reside. Yes, I do not like Citi Bank.
