  5. Agree, it is missing some things. There is homeowner's insurance, property taxes, and if you put less than 20% down, mortgage insurance. Each of those you'll be paying 1/12th with each monthly payment.

  8. Try bankrate .com. You can play around with in adding extra payments, interest rates, and terms. I can't imagine a $200 mortgage anywhere in the US.
