I'm not sure why a particular font would be especially good for those genres, but if you are really concerned about this, go to the library, grab a couple dozen professionally published autobiog's off the shelf, look at them and see what fonts look good to you.

The font in the last thing you should be concerned with. That can be changed in a couple of seconds. Write in any font which YOU like. If you ever plan to get it published, just change it all to whatever font the agent wants.
