On your lease agreement, it tells you went your payment is due and when a late fee will be applied. you rlease agreement will most likely be different than anyone elses.

You cannot. Once reported, as long as the late pays are accurate...they stay forever. You can perhaps contest whether you paid late...but it sounds like you aren't contesting that part. If no charge offs or anything...

It depends on how the loan was set up, if you've got any "prepayment penalties". You'll have to read your paperwork.
