i have the dm5 and it roks i really reccomend the dm5. it is a great kit for an expert or begginer easy to use.highlt reccomended.

Well obviously for this price it won't be a killer set, but yes, Alesis has been around for many years and was one of the first drum machine companies.

Though I play acoustic drums and in my opinion the alesis dm5 is better. I've heard this one has a better timbre (sound quality) than the traps e400.
