Sometimes when the national unemployment rate has been very high, extensions have been available. They aren't available at this time. Good luck for finding a job in the month you have left on unemployment .

You probably qualify for unemployment now, since they've sent you home under a circumstance where they previously said you could work. But if you quit, you don't get unemployment .

I doubt anyone is getting unemployment for a week. Generally any unemployment claim HAS a waiting week...

Your waiting week is just that...a waiting period for them to determine eligibility. So unfortunately you aren't entitled for compensation during that week.
