A bit of salt. When you have a liquid and you add in a solute, it raises the boiling temperature. It's still just as hot, it just won't bubble with the right amount of seasoning dissolved in it.

I don't like Italian dressing. I like to only use vegetable (including hot peppers) and chicken. I don't add sauce. I will occasionally marinade the chicken in soy sauce for a different flavor.
