Click start select all programs.....when the list appears scroll to almost the top and select "set program acess and defaults" when this opens select the tab for " add/remove programs"

For increasing your processor speed, you can add extra ram but you shouldn't add a new Processor. Again if your motherboard doesn't support processor then it will be meaningless.
