  3. they can try as many as they want in some stated but most states limit the number. VA limits it to 5 times. but most companies only try twice before trying to contact you

  6. the bank will charge you overdraft fees of maybe $35.00 per overdraft some will then charge you $7 to $10 day for each day your account is negative and if not paid will closed your bank account report you to chex system then you will not be able to open any other bank account for 5 to 7 years...
