who wouldn't say their own sorority? Go through recruitment and meet the girls and make your own decisions instead of relying on random people on the internet. Worry about picking the college first.

Both are good. If you live in Washington you know what life is like there, a lot less hectic than in the large urban centers. Apply for both and see what kind of financial aid packages you can work out.

Depends on your grades and your LSAT. If you have high grades and a solid LSAT you're probably fine.
