Military and law enforcement experience, while not a stated requirement, ARE necessary to get you beyond the initial stages of recruitment. If you do not have either, don't waste your time applying.

excitement and money, i would go with us marshall (very dangerous tho) or FBI. but personally, i want to be a DA. i think being a detective would be great, but prosecuting criminals to me sounds pretty great too.

Change Majors! I have a criminal justice degree and it was of *zero* value getting onto a federal force. Get a degree in accounting, forensic accounting if you can. It will be much more valuable.
