Each point on the blue line [g(t)] represents the slope of function G(t) at that point in time. The tell you that G(0) is 10. So start at 10 with zero slope, and the slope increases, so it will be kind of an inverted Cosine at first, then...

1. From diagrams we see that: f(1) = 0 f(−1) = −2 f'(1) = 2/3 f'(−1) = 2 g(1) = 4/3 g(−1) = −4/3 g'(1) = 4/3 g'(−1) = 4/3 h(x) = f(x) g(x) h'(x) = f'(x) g(x) + f(x) g'(x) h'(1) = f'(1) g(1) + f(1) g'(1) = (2/3) (4/3) + (0) (4/3) = 8/9...

1st could be a cosine graph....y = 3 + 6 cos (4π x ).....period appears to be 1/2 2nd again could be a cosine graph...but I will use the sine graph....period 2π , amplitude 4 { [7 -(-1)]/2 } , right shift of π / 2, vertical shift of 3....3 + 4 sin (x - π / 2 )

Looks like a sine curve. f(0) = 0 Maximum = 1, minimum = -1 Reaches 0 and starts to repeat at 6pi or - 6pi. Period of normal sine function is 2pi. 6pi/3 = 2pi f(x) = sin(x/3)
