So it's certainly worth trying to get the arrest expunged if you think you can do that. But it doesn't really matter much for the security clearance because you'll probably have to disclose the incident anyway. Don't expect you can hide this from them and still get a clearance...

He either needs to turn himself into his PO or any law enforcement office (usually sheriff or police department). As soon as he turns himself in, he will be jailed.

Evidently they do not consider him a "dangerous criminal". That seems to be the ONLY criteria right now for deporting those here illegally. I wonder what they consider a "dangerous criminal"?
