The manual page tells you to go to 5 14 https://www.manualslib.com/manual/813897/Suzuki-Gsx-R750.html?page=277#manual 5 15 and 5 16 show you how to completely remove the throttle body, obviously you do not have to go this far, just enough to gain access.

It's just a common thing with motercycles because when you lay them down on there side it disrupts the flow of gas into the engine and you just need to get the flow going again by just keep on trying to start it.

...1 or more carburetors, it's still computer controlled and the TPS provides the computer with the information needed for various functions...
