With the military slimming down due to budget cuts, it would be exceptionally difficult. You'll have a much better chance if you score high on your other tests and pick a job field that is in high demand, but there is no guarantee.

yes you can. as long as you are stable hypothyroid meds ARE allowed for initial entry purposes( they are the only ones besides birth control that are). you do not even need a waiver but you will need to prove you are stable and have been for some time
