It's on the Transformers Score album (different from the OST) and it's simply called "Scorponok" (and you're right, it's composed by Steve Jablonsky ).

It might be due to the movie lacking exposure to a large audience. I don't think it was widely released in the United States. And Mr. aladdin, have you watched the movie or listened to the soundtrack? You have to hear it...
