  1. Actually DC residents can pay in-state tuition at any state school in the USA. This is a new law that went into effect a year or so ago. This is a huge benefit for DC residents.

  7. University of Florida is at least as good as UMUC. I do not know.... degree from there will lead to admission to the program of University of Florida, that should be sufficient.
