  4. use disc 2 to play it. you must be using disc 1 all the time. you have to install active x control or something to play it. also, do not download it again. that will bring up the menu to play the game. it does that all the time. just select cancel on it and you will get the main menu.

  9. If you can get it on 360 it doesn't matter which system. All 360s are the same system, the little names like Arcade, Pro, and elite are actually more about the hard drive size(and elite is a different color).
