I have a black F-250. If the person doing it knows what they are doing then you won't have any swirl marks. The guy that did mine left no marks at all.

You will have to use a polishing grit that has a coarser grit than what was used to make the swirl marks, then progressively finer grits to polish to a luster

U can put sum heavy duty wax on like nu finish in the orange bottle an get a small buffer and buff that wax on or you could take it your local car wash and detail center that does Hand Washing or what ever and tell them you want a Polish Buff it should run you about 100-300 all...

My husband uses a product called Ebony. It is a professional product that takes out the tiny swirl marks. Ask your auto paint supply store.
