  9. I'm sure your bread is fine. The hole in the clear plastic top of the bag might be from how their production line holds those bags while filling them with the wrapped bread loaf.

  10. Don't know, and it really doesn't matter. If the bread is in a sealed bag, it is fine to eat. The outer bag is just insurance, and for ease in storage once the inside bag has been opened. You might want to use a ziptop or other storage bag once...
