  2. I think as long as you use the ganache in moderation it should be good. Ganache is very rich and white chocolate is very sweet so use less than you would use the whipped topping and it'll be great. i think itd taste better than the whipped topping anyway.

  3. You won't miss the vanilla, really, esp. w/ cinnamon running thru it. It will be a great cake. But if you want to add some vanilla flavor, just add 1/2 tsp or so to your powdered sugar glaze.

  5. You need a piping bag with a star tip. If you have a the right tip but no piping bag, you can use a plastic zip-top bag and cut a small hole in one corner of the bottom to fit the tip in. Then you just pipe away in swirly motion.

  6. No but go talk to a resturantm gas statation or even your local grocery store or somewhere like that about buying butter "pats" packages and little peanut butter and even jelly packages by the case. Yes it is a lot to buy at a time but it is totally doable.

  7. Sounds good but I would pour half of the batter in first, add the chili, then the rest of the batter. That would keep the chili from sticking to the bottom. You could add a layer of shredded cheese on top of the chili. When is dinner?
