No, it's not direct injection. If it's a 2010, why the hell would you need a fuel system cleaner? It hasn't had a chance to get dirty! You would empty it in first then add a fair amount of fuel, e.g. fill up from near empty, so the stuff is mixed in well.

liquid rice? Well if it is in fact what you say the answer is no. Liquid rice, if I can imagine what that could possibly be, would be an organic containment made up of plant cells and starches. A solvent based cleaner will not affect it at all...

If theres no expiration date on it, and it's unopened it should be ok. Maybe you could pour it through a strainer before you put it in your tank to make sure there's no solids in it.
