Yes. Boiling leeches out more nutrients than steaming . Be careful not to over cook or you will kill the nutrients anyway.

they help you sweat out toxins, but other than that theyre overrated. Because youre losing water not fat. You could even put on weight if you have a sugary drink afterwards.
