  3. Yep, lid on is a must! The steam is still forced "up," but also forced into the vegetables rather than allowed to escape! Also, a bit of wine adds a nice taste to them too!

  4. I drizzle mine very lightly with olive oil, a sprinkle of garlic salt and top with shreaded parmesean cheese. Sounds simple, but it is really good! Sorry didn't see vegan; maybe a cheese substitute or forget about the cheese.

  6. I bought a metal basket for a buck at Marcs, it goes in the bottom of your pot and then you add the veggies. Fresh or frozen. It keeps them off the bottom of your pot. Add a little water and there you go...

  8. on the stove, just boil the rice in water, watch it close so u don't burn it and if u want sticky rice i think u use more or less water than u normally would im not sure on that but it takes about 15 20 minutes.
