I use a biore strip to remove the majority and to remove the rest I splash hot water on my nose repeatedly until they form a head then they just squeeze right out ( hot water or steam makes them easier to remove)

Tea tree oil, apple cider vinegar, and/ or witch hazel helps a lot. I suggest steaming the area using a hot damp cloth, applying either or those products, then putting a cold compress to it. Best of Luck
