You can press 'prt scr ' on your keyboard and then go to paint on your computer and paste it.

once you did that, take the HTML code off of photobucket and put it in any section(about me, interests...etc!)

take a screen shot press "prt scr ." right side of f12. then open paint open a little blank box. right click on it and put paste. save as. upload the picture to tinypic.com get the url and put this in your caption <img src="url_to_pic">
