That all looks alright to me. I imagine you could get it on Ultra without too much trouble. Maybe some framerate drops on bigger games, but it should be fine. My PC usually gets 100+FPS on ultra, but even then it still...

Yes sure! Ιts more than enough enough for todays games, but you may need to upgrade 3 years down the road now that microsoft and sony are bringing their new consoles out.

Very much so. The 580 is a very powerful card, even for being a little dated now. I have a GTX 560 Ti and can play most games at ultra on 1600x900 resolution. I imagine you would be able to max most games out there!
