Your offline and online accounts are different. The offline will level up as usual, but will not carry over to the online. This prevents people from going offline and boosting their rank up. So once you go online, you will start out level 1 again...

Very much so. The 580 is a very powerful card, even for being a little dated now. I have a GTX 560 Ti and can play most games at ultra on 1600x900 resolution. I imagine you would be able to max most games out there!

Yes sure! Ιts more than enough enough for todays games, but you may need to upgrade 3 years down the road now that microsoft and sony are bringing their new consoles out.

Looks pretty good...the only thing that I would change (if necessary) is the video card......I'm runing a Radeon 5770 and before i upgraded it, I had no idea of how much content I was missing.
