pf=cos(theta) where theta is the phase angle between the voltage and current. There is no reason to use the dot product or cross product.

PF Changs does not have a dress code (you probably have to wear clothes though). Do the world a favor and dress like an adult once and a while though. Also, don't you dare wear that hat inside the restaurant.
