well the cpu is decent, it should just about break the barrier between slowing down and being at a constant speed (basically won't ever lag) but for that price I don't think that build is worth it, it would be a lot cheaper to find parts seperate and build it yourself...

id say the 2nd one for the LED backlighting, most 1920x1080 monitors will give great quality its really your graphics card that needs to be good to give the edge, but the second one definitly has more gizmos for the price

You will want a wifi tablet. You can get wifi in most places. Make sure you have wifi at home. You will have a better expierence with wifi rather then 56k wired internet. If you want the pocket wifi go ahead and get it. ~good luck
