Antennas are frequency specific. If your n13 is 2.4Ghz, and so is the antenna, it should work. The other issue is to make sure you get the right RF plug adapter, to make sure it plugs into your n13 card ok.... If anything...

Interference. Your adapter is trying to establish the faster, most stable connection that it can. It appears that your most stable connection only runs at 2 Mbps though.
