With MFI all injectors squirt at the same time. For SFI they squirt sequentially...time and the one that does not drop engine speed is the problem cylinder. MFI can t do that since they all trigger at once.

That's not two different engines. CID means cubic inch displacement. MFI is the type of fuel injection.

A throttle body injection to multi-port EFI conversion? Sure, it's possible. If you're lucky, the factory already has an intake you can find in a junkyard. If you're not, you may need to have the manifold machined to accept injectors and run a custom fuel rail...
