  2. If it starts with either then your ignition is working,you have a fuel problem. These have a fuel pressure regulator located inside the intake manifold that are known to leak. Hope this helps.

  8. Normal vacuum at idle should be about 20. There won't be any pressure ever unless it's turbo or supercharged. So if it's not, buying the vacuum/pressure combo gauge would be a waste of money. Just get a vacuum gauge.
