Sounds like low iron and/or anemia. I'm not a professional and I would say see a doctor. Nurses aren't going to know everything. In fact doctors don't know everything either. But a second opinion might be a good idea. I would get it...

Im not sure, but let me tell you this. Bone marrow biopsy hurts like ****. They stick a large needle in your lower back/butt area and take a peice of the cells in the bone. It's awful. Im sorry :(
