yes all of them can be solved by working out on the LHS but sometimes the RHS is much easier to work on

It's probably close. I'm not sure about the LHS , but I do know the "aero body" Crown Vic does 0-60 in about 8.5 seconds. Sorry I can't answer your question completely.

how long have you had the car? did you buy it recently maybe it was a flood car. Sounds like a major electrical problem. My brother have sort of the same problem not as extensive as yours but he kept a flashlight in the car to see how fast he was going at night...

For the moonroof, open it up and look at the four corners in the opening (there's a little tray like area between the weatherstrip and the body). There should be some small drain holes in the corners that drain the water away. Check these drainage holes to be sure...
